Apartment in Sozopol

We are currently in the process of completing on a one bed apartment in the new part of Sozopol.

 The apartment is around 45sqm with one bedroom, toilet and shower room and a kitchen/living area and an outside terrace. At the moment it is only partially furnished and there are no appliances in the kitchen and only a sofa/bed in the main living area.

It is literally a minute or two walk to the beach (access down steps) and the sea.

We would consider renting this long term, either for a few months over the summer or all year.  Or we may furnish and rent out for holiday lets. Please contact me if interested in renting this apartment long term.
