Language Courses

Despite now being in Bulgaria for well over a year now, I have struggled to find the time to learn the language to any decent level and struggled to find any local classes. There are options to learn over Skype but my village internet is not good enough for this and I never know whether I am in on any given evening. I have all the books and CDs but making myself sit down and learn verbs and grammar is near impossible.

So with a friend I am setting up the opportunity for people to come on holiday and learn the basics or for people already in Bulgaria, to come stay in a lovely renovated village house and brush up on their Bulgarian skills, take their Bulgarian to the next level or start from scratch.

The lessons will be informal and tailored to your needs. materials will be provided as part of the course cost. The teacher is a native Bulgarian and a good friend. She speaks very good English and will be using approved text books and materials.

COST: 250 Euros per person (minimum 2 people, maximum 6)

Included:

• 7 nights accommodation in renovated village property, all bedding provided, tea and coffee facilities, BBQ area and garden.

• Transfers from local coach station to accommodation but car hire, transfers from airport etc can be organised at additional cost.

• 5 days tuition in Bulgaria for 5 hours each day plus general conversation outside these 'lessons'.

• All materials for lessons.

• Days sight seeing around Kazanlak area - Thracian tomb, Rose Museum, Shipka Russian Church, Kazanlak town.....(entrance fees not included).

Not Included:

• Food & Drink (except tea and coffee in accommodation)

• Transfer costs from airport to Stara Zagora

The course can be combined with a property viewing trip if you plan to stay for longer.
