Well it must be close to 30 degrees and I am sat looking out over a beautiful bay in Greece. This is our half way stopping point back to Bulgaria, where we now have a caravan and spend a couple of weeks here on the way to and on the way back from Bulgaria at the start and end of each summer.
In a few days we leave for our house in Bulgaria and will no doubt spend the first week or two getting the gardens under control and cleaning. Hoping for a few guests over the summer, so if you are wanting to experience Bulgaria first hand why not come over and rent one of our renovated village houses for a week or more. We no longer do long term rentals as had so many problems with tenants but are happy for someone to rent one of the houses for a month or two while we are there in the summer to sort out any small issues and happy to show you around. You could even come and stay at our studio on the coast and get to see a few other places as well.
We still have our renovated villa close to the city of Stara Zagora for sale for offers around 22,000 Euros. Or we are looking for a small motorboat (up to 30 HP engine) with trailer or a moped if anyone has anything like this and could get to Bulgaria for a part-exchange.
I have had numerous enquiries for long term rentals, especially for winter months but as stated above I have no interest in doing rentals, however for anyone wanting to buy a place and have a small income from rental this would be an option for you and will happily help you with this. You could live in one apartment and rent out the other, for around 150 Euros a month with electric and water included.
We are hoping to get our apartment at Sozopol available for rent early summer and this would be available for long term rent either on an unfurnished or furnished basis. It is a minute from the beach and there is a small pool on the complex. There are only 12 apartments in total. We would be looking for around 250 Euros a month long term with a deposit of 1000 Euros.
We may also have to sell our apartment and studio close to Sunny Beach as the owners committee and management have decided to introduce a no dogs rule and this means we can no longer go there without facing fines and hassle. The apartment is a large one bed and very suitable for year round living as has a proper full kitchen with washing machine and oven. And then there is the studio you could rent out to holiday makers for around 100 E a week from May through to end of September. 42,000 Euros would get you both the apartment and the studio, both furnished and ready to go down to bedding, towels, cutlery etc……
