Contact Details & How to Book To reserve one of the properties or discuss longer term rent of any of the houses or apartments, please use the contact details below. To make a reservation you will be asked to send a deposit of 50% of the cost of the rental for holiday bookings, rest payable on arrival or for long term rent, two month's rental, rest paid in advance each month. You will also need to provide copies of your passports and references and rental agreements will be drawn up. Payment can be made by cheque to my address in the UK, by UK bank transfer (Natwest) or to my Euro account in Bulgaria. Details will be provided on booking.
