Small One Bedroom House with Field to Rent
Lovely little house in a rural village only 30 minutes into city. On the edge of the village, next door to shop/small bar and opposite bus stop into Stara Zagora. There is one large room (although floor a little rotten), a small kitchen room with indoor sink and tap and another room in decent condition. The house is dry and solid but offers no luxuries and there is no indoor bathroom. There is a small plot in front of the house with vines and fruit trees and then behind the house there are a few small sheds (roof on lean-to barn has collapsed) and then a field behind the house.
This house is available for rent for those looking for a base while they find a property for themselves or renovate a house in the area or simply for a rural, peaceful get away for the summer. It offers no real luxuries as there is only an outside toilet but if that did not put you off, then you can rent this small one bedroom house with field behind for just 120 levs or 60 Euros a month including water and electric bills. Telephone and TV possible but would have to be installed at cost of tenant. Large field with house would suit anyone wanting to place a caravan there say (although road to village not great) or who had horses (but shelter would need building and fence repair). [Please note that the wiring in these old houses is usually pretty old and they have very few sockets, usually one in each room, and just cables attached to a bulb for over head lighting.] Or FREE if you are prepared to do a little work like removing collapsed barn, repairing rotten wooden floor in bedroom and making the place generally look nice - internal decoration, repairing and painting window frames, getting garden under control as currently more like a jungle etc. In this case I would ask a deposit of 50 E/mth returned to you at end of your stay so long as some work done. Obviously this would be an agreement based mainly on trust between the two parties. I am open to suggestions and offers for the 'free' agreement.
