Large Newly
Renovated House Split into Two Apartments

I
purchased this
property
in 2008 as a half completed shell and have spent the last year and a
half renovating it into two large one bed apartments. The property has
had a completely new roof, all new PVC windows, new wiring and
plumbing, bathrooms installed and been decorated through out. I am just
in the process of having kitchens fitted in each apartment and
landscaping the large plot.
The ground floor
apartment
has a large sun room over looking the garden, leading into a central
hall with a bathroom and then there is a massive kitchen and living
area and a large bedroom.
Enclosed,
but
separate
stairs lead to the second storey, which has a a similar layout but
instead of a sun room there is a terrace with great views over the
garden and village to the Sredna Gora hills. There is also a small
terrace from the kitchen.
The stairs continue
to a
large loft space, suitable for storage.
There is a large plot of around 1000 sqm
with a nice
traditional mud brick barn, with two animal stores
underneath.
There are several fruit trees as well as a wood store and an area
suitable for keeping chickens and plenty of room for growing vegetables.
Heating is by wood
burning stoves in the bedrooms and
will be electrical appliances in the living room. Hot water is from
electric boilers. There is a large amount of wood at the property which
can be chopped up for fire wood.
Satellite TV and
internet
and phone line can be installed at the cost of the tenant.
Rates for long term stays
Includes whole
property, unfurnished. Also covers building
insurance (not contents) and yearly taxes. Not included electric and
water. Some wood provided - enough for a year or two!
Will need deposit of
400
Euros and rent to be paid in advance.
Monthly
Rent: 200
Euros for whole property
