Services Property Sales I work in property sales here in Bulgaria, mainly in the Stara Zagora region and so can help you source and buy property here. I work independently and have contacts with a couple of local agents with whom I have partnered to offer houses and land for sale, as well as receiving some offers privately through friends and friends of friends. You can view the property I currently have on offer at http://www.thetravelbug.org Prices start at around 4,000 Euros for an old abandoned house in more rural villages. For a decent house, although still in a pretty, but rural village, with a good plot you are looking at around 8,000 to 15,000 Euros and for a newer, villa style house with indoor bathroom, around 30,000 Euros or more. For 50,000 to 70,000 Euros you can get a nice renovated villa or house ready to move into. If you have something specific in mind please let me know. I can easily arrange viewing trips while you stay in one of my properties. There is no charge for this petrol costs of driving you around if you choose to use my or the agent's car. Renovations I have already had my fair share of builders and problems but can now organise a full renovation or new build with a good team of builders (not the cheapest) or renovations through individual tradesmen with a Bulgarian project manager. I can arrange for new windows to be installed, electrical jobs, septic tank and plumbing, roof repairs etc so long as within the Stara Zagora area. Furniture Buying and Installation I can arrange furniture for your house here in the Stara Zagora or Kazanlak area, have a kitchen designed and fitted, carry out decorating jobs etc
