Small Rural Detached Property With Internal Bathroom

A rather sweet property with original architecture situated on the outskirts of a large village just off the main road and close to the hills. The village is lively with many shops, a new restaurant, doctors, post office etc and also a train station and bus station. It is close to the main road Sofia-Bourgas. There are good views to the Balkan and rivers, lakes and dams nearby. Only a 25 minute drive from Stara Zagora and a 15 minute drive from Kazanlak.

The house has a small kitchen with sink (although requires tap fitting), good sized hallway/conservatory area (although old metal and glass frame in bad condition) and small lounge downstairs and a small bathroom that needs updating. Upstairs is accessed by an external staircase and there are 2 large bedrooms. The bedrooms would benefit from cosmetic work and repair of a window or two.

There is a large square plot of 1500m2 with fruit trees and a barn and an additional building which was a shop.

A water meter would need fitting before anyone could move in, although this should not be too hard to do, so that the water can be connected. But the electrics are not good in the house - i.e. require totally replacing.

This house is available for FREE if you are prepared to do some work like re-wiring, re-modelling kitchen, fitting new units, modernising bathroom with new tiling and new fittings, some internal decoration, repair and painting of window frames, outside plastering and repairs etc.
