Fully Renovated Village House Sleeping 6

This village house has been fully renovated from a  little old mud brick cottage into a 3 bedroom property.

The main house has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle and all cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There is a table that seats 6. Downstairs there is also a toilet and a cosy living room with wood burning stove and TV and DVD player. There are lovely restored wooden ceilings and the floor is tiled through out. 

The living room has a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults. There is only a toilet room downstairs though, no actual bathroom.

Upstairs there are two good sized rooms each with 2 single beds that can be made into a double and there is a large shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. 

There is then an additional building close to the main house with a corridor leading to a large bedroom with open fire and there is a massive shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. This separate annex sleeps two. A kettle and tea and coffee is provided and you are welcome to use the BBQ area to cook. PLEASE NOTE - there is currently no hot water facilities in the annex but would make an ideal base for exploring the area if you need somewhere to leave your belongings and just a place to crash at night. 

Outside there is a patio area with an open fire/BBQ and an external sink.

There is a small garden which is grassed and has many vines. 

Available for holiday lets from June 2011 onwards. Rates as follows for accommodation (i.e. not per person):

For just guest annex - sleeps 2: 25 levs per night (minium of 2 nights stay) or 120 levs [60 Euros] for a week (7 nights)

For main house - sleeps 4: 60 levs per night (minimum of 2 nights) or 350 levs [175 Euros] for a week (7 nights)

For house and guest annex - sleeps 6: 80 levs per night (minimum of 2 nights) or 440 levs [220 Euros] for a week (7 nights)

All bedding & towels provided. Single night stays can be accommodated but please add an additional 10 levs to the annex price and 20 levs to the house price to cover cleaning and washing for such a short stay. For stays over a week your bedding will be changed once a week and the accommodation cleaned.
