Fully Renovated Village House Sleeping 6

This village house has been fully renovated from a  little old mud brick cottage into a 3 bedroom property.

The main house has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle and all cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There is a table that seats 6. Downstairs there is also a toilet and a cosy living room with wood burning stove and TV and DVD player (no satellite TV). There are lovely restored wooden ceilings and the floor is tiled through out.

The living room has a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults. There is only a toilet room downstairs though, no actual bathroom.

Upstairs there are two good sized rooms each with 2 single beds that can be made into a double and there is a large shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. A hairdryer is provided.

There is then an additional building close to the main house with a corridor leading to a large bedroom with open fire and there is a massive shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. This separate annex sleeps two. A kettle and tea and coffee is provided as well as hair dryer.

Outside there is a patio area with an open fire/BBQ and an external sink.

There is a small garden which will in time be grassed and has many vines.

Rates (Holiday Lets):

For Main House & Additional Building - Sleeps 6

Nightly: 100 BGN (50 Euros)
Weekly (7 nights): 600 BGN (300 Euros)

For Main House Only - Sleeps 4

Nightly: 80 BGN (40 Euros)
Weekly (7 nights): 450 BGN (225 Euros)

[N.B Additional annex maybe rented out to someone else at same time as you are staying]

For Additional Building Only - Sleeps 2

Nightly: 40 BGN (20 Euros)
Weekly (7 nights): 220 BGN (110 Euros)

[N.B Main house may be rented out to other guests at same time and you will have no access to kitchen facilities - only BBQ area]

Prices include all bedding and towels, electric, water and wood in winter.

Long Term Lets

350 Euros per month plus bills. Open to negotiation for lets longer than 6 months.
