This village house has been fully renovated from a  little old mud brick cottage into a 3 bedroom property.

The main house has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle and all cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There is a table that seats 6. Downstairs there is also a toilet and a cosy living room with wood burning stove and TV and DVD player (no satellite TV but could be installed at cost of tenant). There are lovely restored wooden ceilings and the floor is tiled through out. There is an internet connection already that could be re-activated. 

The living room has a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults. There is only a toilet room downstairs though, no actual bathroom.

Upstairs there are two good sized rooms each with 2 single beds that can be made into a double and there is a large shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. 

There is then an additional building close to the main house with a corridor leading to a large bedroom with open fire and there is a massive shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. This separate annex sleeps two. A kettle and tea and coffee is provided as well as hair dryer.

Outside there is a patio area with an open fire/BBQ and an external sink.

There is a small garden which is grassed and has many vines. There is also a 1500sqm plot next door with fruit trees and ideal for groeing vegetables or keeping chickens. 

Long Term Lets

250 Euros per month plus bills. 500 Euros deposit. 

Would make an ideal B&B and looking for someone interested in living in the main cottage and running a small B&B in the guest annex. I would help market this and promote the B&B.
