The house sits on a plot of around 1000sqm with a large chicken coop and covered area at the opposite end and a newly renovated BBQ 'house' with traditional fire and oven, so you can enjoy BBQs and cosy nights around the fire.

The main house is over two floors. Downstairs there is a large central hall that has been turned into the kitchen and dining area. There is a fitted kitchen with sink, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. 

There is an ensuite bedroom downstairs and a large lounge with wood burner and double doors to the patio area. There is a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs can be provided.

The second storey is accessed by stone steps to a terrace and then there are a further 3 bedrooms (one single and two doubles) and bathroom.

All downstairs is tiled and upstairs has wooden floors. 

The garden is mainly grass with a few vines and fruit trees (peach, apple, pear and quince). 

The upstairs bedrooms are entirely separate to the downstairs living area and bedroom and so the property can be rented as a one bedroom apartment or as a whole.

Rates as follows for accommodation (i.e. not per person):

For one bed apartment - sleeps 2/4 (sofa bed in lounge): 50 levs per night (minium of 2 nights stay) or  300 levs [150 Euros] for a week (7 nights)

For one house - sleeps 4/6 (2 singles, 1 double & sofa bed in lounge): 80 levs per night (minium of 2 nights stay) or  500 levs [250 Euros] for a week (7 nights)
