Four Bedroom Character House with Cozy BBQ Area - unfurnished

This village house has been fully renovated from an old abandoned house in need of serious TLC into a 4 bedroom property.

The house sits on a plot of around 1000sqm with a large chicken coop and covered area at the opposite end and a newly renovated BBQ 'house' with traditional fire and oven, so you can still enjoy BBQs and cosy nights around the fire in winter.

The main house is over two floors. Downstairs there is a large central hall that has been turned into the kitchen and dining area. There is a fitted kitchen but no appliances. There are electrical sockets for cookers and fridge and plumbing for washing machine.

There is an ensuite bedroom downstairs and a large lounge with wood burner and double doors to the patio area.

The second storey is accessed by stone steps to a terrace and then there are a further 3 bedrooms and bathroom.

All downstairs is tiled and upstairs has wooden floors. All light fittings are provided and the bathrooms are tastefully tiled with all appliances and accessories.

The garden will soon have a patio under a rustic wooden pergola and has vines and a few fruit trees. There is an area suitable for growing a few vegetables and a well for irrigation.

This is an ideal property for anyone wanting a large house to rent long term or considering running a bed and breakfast. The upstairs bedrooms are entirely separate to the downstairs living area and bedroom.

There is no furniture or soft furnishing. Some wood is provided.

Rates for long term stays

Includes the whole property, unfurnished. Also covers building insurance (not contents) and yearly taxes. Not included electric and water. Some wood provided. Would make an ideal B&B as couple could live downstairs and rent out 3 rooms upstairs and entertain guests in BBQ house. I am happy to help promote any such venture. 

Will need deposit of 400 Euros and rent in advance each month.

Monthly Rent: 200 Euros for minimum of 12 months let

I am looking for long term rent - say 2 to 3 years. I would need a fairly large deposit as have had a lot of trouble with tenants in the past - so probably 400E deposit. And would ask for at least 3 month's rent up front. And ideally references. The house is unfurnished. The village has a kindergarten and school and shops and restaurant. There is a wood burner in the lounge and would then need electric heaters in other rooms. There is some wood available and plenty can be chopped down and cleared form other plots. Water is metered but very cheap - 10 Euros/mth. Electric bills likely to be around 30 to 40 Euros/mth in summer and double that in winter.

No problem with pets if you want to bring them.
